My main reason for wanting to start FST was knowing that I am stuck working at a desk Monday to Friday, 9-5. I stand up from time to time, stiff and tired. I knew that it would only get worse for me working like that over time. I immediately felt lighter and looser after my first stretch. I also find that I am less tired and sore by the end of the day. I didn’t realize how tight my muscles were before that. I will forever recommend people see Skylar for a stretch no matter what your job or hobby is.
