About Skylar
Skylar has always had health & fitness a part of her life from a younger age. Deciding to educate herself in the logistics of the health & fitness industry in post-secondary, Skylar spent two years at George Brown College earning herself a diploma in Fitness & Health Promotions. Skylar is now also furthering her education by enrolling at Guelph-Humber with the intentions of earning her degree in Kinesiology to work towards becoming a Chiropractor.
Her career began right out of college – coming up to 10 years in the industry. She first started her career as a personal trainer with her focus being functional strength and conditioning. This quickly moved into learning the art of Fascial Stretch Therapy.
Skylar’s passion lies within helping others reach their full potential by guiding and supporting them in their health and fitness journey
