How often should you do Fascial Stretch Therapy?

Stretch therapy is an accumulative treatment. You will notice from session to session it gets easier. Joints will start to glide smoother and range of motion becomes bigger. When you begin your treatments, we suggest once a week for the first few sessions based on your current mobility and from there, maintenance could be every 4-6 weeks.

Should you need to rebook or cancel your stretch session, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment amount.
